Use this page to send copyright complaints or counter-notifications relating to content on CleanListed. This page is the current public intake process for copyright-related requests on the service.
1. When to use this page
Use this page if you believe content on CleanListed infringes your copyright, or if your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you want to submit a counter-notification.
Do not use this page for general marketplace disputes, impersonation complaints, privacy requests, or meetup safety issues unless the issue is specifically about copyright infringement.
2. What to include in a copyright complaint
A complaint should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the service, provide your contact details, and include the statements required for a valid notice under applicable law.
Include direct URLs, listing ids, screenshots if helpful, and enough detail for the reported content to be located quickly.
3. What to include in a counter-notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification with the information required by applicable law, including the statements required for a valid counter-notice.
Include the removed content, where it appeared, your contact information, and why you believe the takedown was mistaken.
4. What happens next
CleanListed may review the submission, request clarifying information, remove or restrict access to the reported content, notify the affected user, or restore content where a valid counter-notification is received and applicable law permits restoration.
CleanListed may also restrict or terminate repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.
